Your first visit will last approximately an hour and a half. After your first visit your practitioner will discuss recommended treatment frequency. They may also prescribe a Chinese herbal formula, recommend supplements, and provide diet and lifestyle advice to support your acupuncture treatments. Follow-up visits last 45 minutes to an hour.
